Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the n880 platform at n880.io ("the Platform"), you ("the User", "you", "your") agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time. These Terms form the entire agreement between you and n880 concerning your use of the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. n880 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice beyond publication on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

If you access the Platform on behalf of a third party or using another person's account, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms. n880 accepts no responsibility for unauthorised account access.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

The n880 Platform is strictly available to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are aged 21 years or older. n880 enforces a strict minimum age policy of 21+. Underage gambling is illegal and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino services are not prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not on behalf of any business, syndicate, or third-party organisation for professional betting or arbitrage purposes.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the n880 Platform, nor have you been self-excluded via our Responsible Gaming tools and are still within your chosen exclusion period.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements and are not subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prevent you from entering such agreements.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by n880 may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each user is permitted to hold exactly one active account on the n880 Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. n880 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are identified, n880 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated bets and bonuses, and withhold funds pending investigation.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of account registration. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and any payment details provided. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. n880 accepts no liability for losses arising from outdated or inaccurate account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. n880 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. You must notify n880 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

n880 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as part of its commitment to safe and responsible platform operation. You may be required to submit identity documents — such as a national ID card, passport, or valid driving licence — as well as proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that have not completed verification may be subject to withdrawal restrictions until documentation is reviewed and approved.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published on the Platform's banking section and may vary by payment method. n880 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time. Large withdrawal requests above the standard limit may require additional identity verification before processing is approved.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals from your n880 account are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method in your own name. n880 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Any active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the corresponding balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. See Section 7 for full bonus terms.

4.4 Failed and Rejected Transactions

n880 is not liable for delays or failures in payment processing caused by mobile money operators, banking institutions, or third-party payment infrastructure. Betting Rules

5.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on the n880 Platform are subject to the specific event rules published at the time the market is offered. By confirming a bet, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the applicable market rules and that your bet is placed in full knowledge of the odds and conditions. Bets are final once confirmed — they cannot be cancelled or amended by the user after acceptance by the platform.

5.2 Cricket Betting

Cricket is the primary sports betting product at n880. Markets are offered on BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), ICC T20 World Cup, IPL, bilateral series featuring the Bangladesh Tigers, and other major international tournaments. The following rules apply to all cricket betting on n880:

• A match must reach the minimum number of overs specified in the market rules for bets to stand. Incomplete matches due to weather, abandonment, or other interruptions may be voided or settled according to Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results, as per the published market rules.
• Live ball-by-ball betting markets are offered in real time during active matches. Odds update continuously. n880 accepts no responsibility for bets placed on stale or delayed odds caused by connectivity issues on the user's side.
• Player performance markets (runs scored, wickets taken, match player of the match) are settled according to the official scorer's record. Unofficial statistics or third-party data do not override the official result.
• In the event of a match result being disputed or amended by the relevant governing body after n880 has settled the market, n880 reserves the right to re-settle the market in accordance with the officially confirmed result.

5.3 Void Bets

n880 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted due to a manifest error in odds — including pricing errors caused by technical faults, data feed failures, or human input mistakes — where the offered odds are demonstrably incorrect relative to the true market price. In such cases, the original stake is returned to the user's account balance without interest.

Casino & Games

The following general bonus conditions apply across all n880 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the n880 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening or attempting to open more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform if you are under the age of 21.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, cheating, collusion, or use of automated betting tools or bots to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing mistakes for financial gain rather than reporting them to n880 support immediately.
• Using another person's payment method, account credentials, or identity to access the Platform or conduct transactions.
• Laundering funds through the Platform — including depositing funds from criminal activity and withdrawing them in any form.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming restriction, self-exclusion, or account closure by registering a new account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward n880 staff or other platform users.
• Accessing the Platform via VPN, proxy, or other means of obscuring your geographic location for the purpose of circumventing access restrictions.

Intellectual Property

All content on the n880 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphic design elements, software code, database structures, written content, and game assets provided by third-party studios — is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any element of the n880 Platform without explicit prior written consent from n880. Game assets, logos, and brand materials from partner studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used on the Platform under licence.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, n880 and its officers, directors, employees, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue caused by technical failures, system downtime, or interruptions to game or betting services.
• Losses arising from your reliance on odds, scores, statistics, or other data displayed on the Platform that subsequently prove to be inaccurate.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and partner banks.
• Any losses arising from gambling decisions made while using the Platform, regardless of any information, statistics, or content provided by n880.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct by n880. The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis and n880 makes no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Suspension & Termination

n880 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, money laundering, or criminal activity associated with the account.
• Provision of false or misleading information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, in which case n880 will provide reasonable notice before closure and will return any remaining balance to the last verified payment method on file.
• Any conduct that, in n880's reasonable judgment, poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform, its users, or its technology infrastructure.

Users wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon account closure, pending bets already accepted will stand and be settled according to their applicable market rules. Real money balances (excluding active bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the account holder's verified payment method.

Disputes & Complaints

n880 is committed to resolving all user disputes and complaints promptly, fairly, and transparently. The following procedure applies to all disputes raised by users:

• Step 1 — Initial Contact: Submit your dispute or complaint in writing to [email protected], including your account username, the date and time of the event in question, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting evidence (screenshots, transaction IDs, bet slip references).
• Step 2 — Investigation: n880 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours of receipt (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) and will investigate the matter using internal records, game studio logs, and payment provider data as applicable. The investigation period is typically 3–5 business days.

n880 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account by contacting support. n880 recommends that all users review these Terms periodically to remain informed of their current rights and obligations.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. By using the n880 Platform, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

n880 operates the Platform for the Bangladeshi market and all communications, support, and platform operations are conducted in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). All monetary references on the Platform are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
